during the day is important for your anti-aging skin care regimen, as is a nighttime cream as
well. The day cream will protect your
skin from sun, wind, and pollutants, and the nighttime cream will help your
body heal and repair.
Taking good care of yourself overall is another important aspect
of any good anti-aging
skin care routine. You need to
drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, watch your diet, and get adequate
amounts of rest as well. Neglecting any
of these things will reveal itself in your skin's condition. And really, what good is any anti-aging skincare
product or routine if you're not rested or don't hydrate yourself by drinking
enough water? There are very few
products on the market that can make up for neglecting your health or for not
getting enough rest. Very few wrinkle
creams or lotions will make up for these things. So take care of yourself and be sure to
cleanse and moisturize your skin regularly; this is the best anti-aging skin care
there is.
